WELCOME!! I’m Emily Glaser RN, BSN, and I’m the founder of this website.
As a Health Coach, Clinical Ayurveda Educator, and certified Practitioner of Crossinology Brain Integration Technique (BIT), I specialize in the correction of ADD, ADHD, dyslexia and learning difficulties in children and adults.
If you (or your child) could benefit from optimized brain function and/or health counseling with a foundation in the science of Ayurveda then you have come to the right place!
That’s because I facilitate transformation of the Brain, Body, and Soul. 😀

Here’s a little story about my background and how I got into this exciting stuff!
Born and raised in Santa Fe, I earned a degree in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and specialized in Neuroscience. I spent much of my 20’s embracing all opportunities for travel and had the great fortune to work internationally in China and Nepal with Global Volunteer Network, Cambodia with Angkor Hospital for Children and Tanzania with St. Lucia Nursing Home.
In 2010 I received certification in Ayurveda from the renowned Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At this time I also completed national certification as a Ayur-Yoga teacher in a 200-hour YTT course. In 2011 I spent 6 months in southern India studying Ayurvedic nutrition, herbs, spiritual practices, panchakarma theory and hands-on therapies. I am a professional level member of the National Ayurvedic Medicine Association.
