I turn 39 in August and cannot help but notice the barrage of anti-aging advertisements on television, in magazines, on billboards, and just about everywhere else I look. Although I am not bothered by the idea of getting older, I am bothered by the fact that the vast majority of these advertisements focus on outer appearance and very few on inner health and wellness.
